Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours or 1 business day from the date the order was placed, or before the order status changes to “Shipped,” whichever comes first.

Once an order has been marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be canceled.
We will process your refund no later than 7 business days after your cancellation request has been approved, provided the order has not been marked as “Shipped.”
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including any plastic wrapping or seals.
The following goods cannot be returned:
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, including items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Returned items should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. For this reason, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned goods or proof of successful return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift certificate for the value of the returned item once the return is received and approved.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
