Returns & Refunds policy

Once order issued so cancellation is not permitted.

Return goods are not applicable but Exchange is negotiable in certain conditions.

Shipping Time usually 3-5 Business Days, in case of stitching dresses additional 5-7 days will be applied.

Since Hijab/Scarf colors are very close so color variation up to 30% is applied, you contact us to get a clear photo for exact available colors.

The deadline for Exchange Request is 24 hours from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of Exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reply to you no later than 7 business days from the day we received your clear reason and request for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

In order for the goods to be eligible for an Exchange, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

• The goods are in the original packaging unopened or damaged.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Perfumes & oils isn't Eligible for returns due to hazmat Regulations.

• Night or Event Dresses like Kuftans, Event Abayas and etc...

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse Exchange request of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us and also cost and risk of Re-shipping goods to you. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to do Exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
